The Center for Philosophy of Religion at the University of Notre Dame has announced a new award program to encourage faculty and schools to add courses in analytic theology to their curriculum. Five applicants will be awarded $15,000 each: $5,000 for the applying faculty member, and $10,000 for the host institution.
Qualifying courses at divinity schools and departments of theology and religious studies should either be new courses taught for credit within major degree programs (offered at least twice within four years of the award), or a required survey course revised to include a component of analytic theology.
